It is Eductrade, S.A. quality policy to guarantee that the projects their customers entrust to it fully achieve the expected results, that all requirement are satisfactorily met and that the projects are implemented as effectively as possible.

Quality policy

In order to guarantee results for customers, a process of continuous improvement has been implemented and is reviewed annually, with the following objectives:

  • Identification of customer needs and expectations.
  • Supply of goods and services, with the latest developments in their field, providing value to customers and competitive advantages for the Company.
  • Efficient project management following appropriate planning, thereby enabling problems that may arise to be anticipated, while maintaining rigorous monitoring and control of all operations.
  • Awareness-raising, information and training to achieve the full cooperation of all the company's employees and suppliers in the quality of the projects and the provision of goods and services to customers.
  • Compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the company and its activity, as well as with respect to the law and regulations of the countries in which it operates.

Sustainability policy

Eductrade assumes a declaration of the principles of sustainability to which all its employees are committed as an unwavering commitment in its growth strategy.
