Compliance Policy
Eductrade is one of the first companies in Spain to be UNE-ISO 37001-certified for its Anti-bribery Management System.
- Eductrade follows a zero-tolerance policy for any type of corruption, saying no whether in the public or private sector. Here it has laid down operating principles and rules of conduct (Code of Ethics) to be observed by all staff, governing body members, senior management, and suppliers and contractors, no matter their position or role.
- Eductrade welcomes its partners, employees, customers, suppliers and providers to speak up about misconduct, wrong-doing and inappropriate situations that may lead to a failure to comply with the rules, whether that involves criminal behaviour or not.
- To this end, it has set up a Whistleblower Hotline, for reporting misconduct. This is crucial for the company’s Code of Ethics to be fully effective and foster continuous improvement.
- The Compliance Committee will handle any messages and ensure everything reported remains confidential and anonymous throughout the entire process.
