Job Description:

• Contribute to the design and development of training modules, guides, and manuals aimed at stakeholders, NGOs, and public administration staff.
• Facilitate working groups and actively participate in training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate in identifying technical capacity gaps among target groups and stakeholders through surveys and specific studies.
• Support the implementation of capacity-building activities and technical assistance aimed at public officials and youth representatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training actions by collecting and analyzing data for progress and evaluation reports.
• Coordinate and act as a liaison with institutions, stakeholders, and project partners for information exchange and the strengthening of collaboration networks.

Requirements:

• University degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy, International Development, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in training.
• Proven experience in the design and implementation of training programs and participatory workshops.
• High proficiency in English (B2) and Albanian (C1).
• Experience working with multiple institutional and social actors in cooperation or public management contexts.
