Job Description:

• Design and implement communication strategies, campaigns, and messages aligned with the project’s objectives.
• Create high-quality content tailored to different channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and reports.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, media outlets, and internal teams.
• Ensure message consistency, project identity, and reputation management, including in crisis situations.
• Analyze, measure, and report key communication indicators to optimize implemented actions.
• Provide guidance and support to office staff in the execution of communication activities.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in roles related to strategic communication, campaigns, content creation, and stakeholder management in projects or similar environments.
• High proficiency in English (B2) and Albanian (C1).

Skills:

• Strategic planning capacity with a strong results-oriented approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple actors and manage institutional relationships.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and continuous improvement of communication actions.
