- Training courses for 400 members of the Healthcare Centres.
- Technical support for developing basic healthcare programmes and Centre management pilot projects.
- Including a programme for training in Primary Care and Healthcare Management, as well as for technical maintenance personnel.
- Implementation of the new healthcare management model in at least one Healthcare Centre in each of the three provinces selected, with European technical support during the first year of operation.
