Eductrade was awarded the concession for the construction of the Cuatro Caminos Municipal Sports Center.

 

This is a public works concession from the Madrid City Council, which includes the design, financing, construction and operation of the center.

The duration of the contract is 24 years, of which one and a half years will be dedicated to the execution of the works starting in 2023. The remaining time will be dedicated to the operation of the center.

The center will have a capacity for some 10,000 users, who will have extensive facilities for all kinds of activities:
  • Large Fitness Room
  • Multipurpose rooms
  • Swimming pool and learning pool
  • Solarium
  • Wellness area (sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi)
  • Restoration
This project is part of the 'Madrid Capital 21' Facilities Plan for the period 2019 - 2027, and of the beautification and urban improvement plan for the Tetuán District of Madrid. The center will focus on green and industrialized systems that will improve environmental efficiency with innovative infrastructures and the implementation of a resilient response model that maximizes the use of solar energy, as well as energy storage, recycling and consumption.
