Supply, installation, and commissioning of technical equipment for the laboratories and workshops of a total of 19 headquarters at 15 University Institutes and 12 Technical Schools distributed throughout the geographical area of Venezuela.

- Supply, installation, and commissioning of technical equipment for the laboratories and workshops of various University Institutes of Technology and Technical Schools in the areas of Mechanics, Electricity and Electronics, IT, Chemistry, Agricultural and Marine Sciences, Civil Construction, Materials, Geology and Mining, and Physics, including a training, education, and technical assistance component for teachers.
- Technical Assistance for the adaptation of educational infrastructures for the Institutes and Schools benefiting from the project; turnkey equipment for the listed areas of expertise; demonstrative courses in managing equipment and training teachers and managers; preparation of teaching material.
- More than 1600 teachers trained.
